For each major project a separate limited liability company is formed. This gives investors other finance partners the option to limit there exposure (and potential returns) to individual projects. Oberon Film#1, L.L.C. was formed to produce Oberon's first feature film, FULL RIDE.

Mark Hoeger, former Executive Director of the Omaha Theater Company at the Rose, and Andy Anderson, President of Anderson Productions, created the company. Both of them have decades of experience as film and television producers. "We worked together on several film projects," says Anderson, " we realized that between us we knew an extensive network of successful professionals in the business." Hoeger adds, "Our vision was to form a company that could pull all this talent together."

Omaha investor, Tom Rogers, along with Hoeger and Anderson provided the startup cost for the company. Anderson and Hoeger provide daily management as co-presidents while Tom serves as the Chairman of the Broad. "I've had a lot of kids approach me with dreams of being movie moguls," says Rogers, explaining his interest in Oberon, "This is the first time that professionals with a good track record brought a serious idea to me. They really have done their homework."

Investment in Oberon Entertainment Properties, L.L.C. and Oberon Film#1, L.L.C. is limited to qualified investors. A formal offering, including a complete business plan, is available. Qualified investors may request one.
