FULL RIDE is a fictional composite of all too real and familiar stories of athletically gifted young men whose gifts are tragically squandered on hedonistic, violent and often illegal choices.
Matt Sabo is a teenage burglar forced by a court order to attend an all-star football training camp or go to jail. A successful performance will land him a full ride college scholarship, but the coach’s exploitation and his lover’s rejection send him into a violent rampage.
He must choose between succumbing to a justifiable yet self-destructive rage at his undeserved misfortune or taking responsibility for his own life by sizing the opportunities his talent presents him.
